Every Tuesday, here on the blog, I’m going to begin sharing some of my top (or bottom) ten lists. They may be things regarding my opinion and perspective, or they may be some lesser-known information that affect how you and I see ourselves. In either case, this week, I thought it would be best to begin the Tuesday Ten‘s with my ten most encouraging Scripture references. Here we go:
- Isaiah 43:1-5, “…Do not fear, for I am with you.”
- Rom. 8:1, “There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”
- Psalm 118:26, “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.”
- John 14:12, “He who has faith in Me… will do even greater things.”
- Matt. 28:6, “He is not here, He is risen, just as He said.”
- Phil. 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.”
- John 8:36, “If the Son has set you free, you shall be free indeed.”
- Matt. 16:18, “I will build my church.”
- Jer. 29:11, “I know the thoughts that I think toward you…”
- Psalm 37, “The Lord will never abandon the godly.”
The hard part was picking only 10. What are some of your most encouraging Scriptures?
Blessings,
Pastor John
